GOZ may have already infected your PC!! As you know my passion is to defend the rights of everyone in the workplace. However, I was compelled to write this Press Release because of how alarming and important it is. Most of us utilize the internet for both business and personal use. Most employers small, medium or large operate with some form of PC network. You as a business owner also more than likely have some form of internet access at home, whether it's a smart phone, laptop, PC, tablet, etc. New, powerful and high tech cyber attacking programs like CryptoLocker, GOZ & QBOT are TRUE cyber crime game changers. Take a look at the following a look these sobering statistics.... 80% of known attacks would be defeated by implementing basic info security practices. Singularity.com says..."TDL4 Super Malware is special - it's advanced" This cutting edge botnet can remove competing malware, install malware of its' own and rent out its' network for spamming or phishing ventures!!! Kaspersky, the anti virus company says..."The survey, involving over 3,300 IT specialists in 22 countries found that cyber threats were viewed as second only to economic uncertainty" In my background, which includes over 30 years experience in data processing systems, computer programming, internet business building and more I've seen a lot. However, never had I realized just how much of a threat cyber thieves, hackers and terrorists have become Until recently. The revelations about Sony Corporation and others being hacked should be very sobering to everyone. It's quite startling to learn internet criminals can steal your personal health, financial, business and social info and then RENT or SELL that same confidential data to other cyber crooks!!! Here's what Survey World reported... "90% of companies say they've been hacked" "60 % report 2 or more breaches over the past year" "More than 50% said they had little confidence of being able to stave off further attacks over the next 12 months" Another authority warned, "If your PC is slowing down to a crawl lately for no apparent reason, malicious internet bots may have seized control over your device" There's a sneaky attack in FireFox and Chrome which are supposed to be safer web browsers than Internet Explorer. The malware focused on these browsers uses a fake MALICIOUS SITE WARNING to trick you into downloading a Fake anti-virus tool on your device. Listen to what ComputerWorld had to say... "According to Symantec "65% of internet users worldwide have ALREADY been victims"

This from Michael Horowitz noted computer expert when asked... How useful is anti-virus software? His opinion is that anti-virus software "is a lot less effective as we all would like to believe" Another survey states, "there is less than a 1 in 5 chance your anti-virus software will detect it as bad (virus)" That means 80% of viruses will not be stopped by YOUR anti-virus software. I've been doing business online since 1997 and NOT until now have there been more concern for the welfare and security of my businesses. Doing ANY type of business REGARDLESS of the model means you must SECURE your PC and other devices. I'm taking action as best I can to protect my hard earned ON and OFFLINE businesses from cyber thieves and terrorists. I'm thankful for the following resource that's helping me do just that. Is YOUR employers', your own businesses and the security of your health, financial and personal important to you? Cyber terrorism has NEVER been more sophisticated and will only get worse. If they can successfully break in and rob big boys like JP Morgan Chase, Home Depot, Target and Sony with their high powered data security systems, what chance do you and I have??
